Aasa Dommalapati participated in the 2013 Virginia State Scholastic Chess Championships (Elementary K-3 Section), at Longwood University March 9th-10th 2013. I go to the Greenbriar West Elementary School in Fairfax, VA. Now I will be showing you my last 2 games that won me the K-3 State Championship and the Top K-3 Girl title. My opponents from last rounds had a higher USCF rating than me - Andy Hang (USCF 1680) and Andrew Wang (USCF 1692). I faced Andrew in the last round, who is a 3rd also from GBW - the same school I go to. And last but not least my USCF rating at the tournament was 1601 and post tournament rating went up to 1652.
